Applying for a role in MyTax is the first step to accessing the MyInvois portal for issuing e-Invoices. Without completing this step, companies will not be able to comply with LHDN’s e-Invoice implementation.
For Sdn. Bhd. (Private Limited) companies and Partnerships/LLPs, the Director or Partner must apply for a role before gaining access to MyInvois. However, sole proprietorship businesses do not need to apply – they can access the MyInvois portal directly using their name.
